You are invited to join in the fascination of beading. These books are designed to help you avoid pitfalls as you begin. In the world of beading, women are creating beadwork as an alternative to gold and silver ornaments and jewelry. You can create hundreds of pieces without falling victim to beading chaos. You will discover many ways to sharpen your eye for detail and bring exciting new dimensions to your beadwork. Dazzle yourself and your friends with beautiful beadwork you never dreamed you would try. At every stage, from inspiration to finished beadwork, you will find tips through out this series of books to make your project easier, faster and more enjoyable.

In each issue of " Beads to Buckskins " you will find decorative patterns for the holidays or any season. Just add the proper colors and accents to almost any pattern illustrated and you will inspire the season. The best gift is a gift only you can give. Something you created with love.
One of the most common questions asked, "How can you see those tiny beads well enough to do that intricate work ?" My answer is always the same. "The needle has only one eye and it oversees most of the detailed work that I do. The point of the needle finds the hole in the bead for me. The point will also direct me through the next bead."
